Mohamed Zameer has specialised in Learning and Talent Development with more than 4 years of industry experience in Banking, Technology, Tele-Communications, FMCG and Retail with 10 years of diversified experience and exposure in the business world. He holds his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Strategic Management at Asia E-University.
Thanushi Kaluarachchi
Internship Manager
A passion for advocating for equality and social cohesion, attracted Thanushi to IYAP when she joined as an Internship Manager. She possesses a BA in Social Sciences and a Diploma in Diplomacy and World Affairs, and apart from her involvement at IYAP, Thanushi also serves as a Visiting Lecturer of English at the Human Resource Management Institute of Sri Lanka and at the English Department of Royal Institute, Colombo.
Suresh Thivviyan
Internship Manager
Thivviyan Suresh is a result oriented, highly energetic and quick learner, with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and a responsible team player with the ability to collaborate and work towards success. He studied at St. Peter’s College and obtained his Diploma in Business English at University of Colombo and his Bachelors of Arts in Humanities and Social Sciences specializing in Politics & International Relations, obtained from the Open University of Sri Lanka. He has previously interned at the Commercial Bank of Ceylon (PLC) and also have gained his experiences, working at the United Nations Country office in Sri Lanka.

Database Management Specialist
Pramodya Edirisinghe holds a BSc in Social Sciences (Economics, Management, and Geography) with second upper diction from the General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University, Sri Lanka. And currently following his Masters in Business Economics at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. with the research area of Monetary Economics and Capital Markets. He is also interested in Development Studies and Econometrics.
