My name is Rasika Dilshan Jayakody. I am 23 years old. I am an undergraduate at University of Colombo following a specialisation in International Relations. I am interested in Security studies, Environment governance, Sustainable Development Goals and Regional studies. In the future I hope to get involved in government administration. I would like to develop my existing knowledge of social development and my existing interest in the areas of social development. I also have a good knowledge of information and communication technology. I am a good presenter. Today I am pursuing further education in human resource management. As a university undergraduate, I think I am well-versed in all fields.

Won the “Best Research Paper Award” under the theme of “Migration and Development” at 16th South Asian Economics Students’ meet held in Nepal in 2020 and received the “Best Research Paper Award” in the category of Undergraduate Research Forum at 8th International Conference on Management and Economics in 2019.

I like to read books during my free time and find interesting facts about the world. I hope to serve in the foreign services after I graduate.
