Country Director
Rupsi Parajuli is involved as the Country Director at IYAP Nepal. She's currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in BBA from Kathmandu University. She's the co-founder as well as writer at 'Humans of Kathmandu'. She's the co-founder of 'Explore Idea' as well. She has participated in several national and international programs.

Stella Mainali is the Public Relations Officer of IYAP Nepal. She is a workshop facilitator at Global Peace Foundation Nepal. Also, she is a former intern at US Embassy Nepal, Public Affairs Section and one of the Alumni of U.S. Embassy Youth Council Nepal as well as former intern at Shakti Samuha and a youth volunteer at FPAN.
Project Manager
Mr. Ankit Acharya, Program Officer at IYAP Nepal, is a public health professional. He works as an Assistant Researcher at Golden Community, one of the leading health research agencies in Nepal. He is also one of the members at the US Embassy Youth Council. Mr. Acharya, founder of Unlocking SDGs, is a sustainability enthusiast and a firm believer of “giving is living.”
Partnership Development Officer
Prashant Pandey works as the Partnership Development Officer at IYAP Nepal. He is also one of the pioneers of 'Explore Idea' and 'SOCH Nepal'. Currently, he's involved in 'Alphabiram Media Network'. He's pursuing his undergraduate degree in BBA.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Aditya Rai is a differently abled gay rights activist of Nepal. He works as the "Monitoring and Evalutaion Officer'' at IYAP Nepal. Besides this, he also gives training about Comprehensive Sexuality Education. He has been working as the Program Officer on Protection and Promotion of rights of LGBTIQA+ children at Blue Diamond Society (BDS), the first and only organization working for LGBTIQA+ rights issue of Nepal
